This rug SILK TOUCH picks up the designs of the classic Tabriz rugs from Persia. Handmade in India, this rug has a classic yet modern design, emphasized by its stylish medallion and its subtle colours. Its pile consists of 80 % pure new wool, refined with 20 % of the finest silk. The silk content ensures a softer feel to the touch and makes the rug shine. Thanks to the tight knotting with approx. 300.000 knots per square metre the pattern is depicted perfectly and the rug is tremendously robust and durable.
