Oriental Area Rug

Beautiful rug!! Amazing quality especially for the price!

This 7'10" x10'3" is just what you'd expect in terms of quality for this price. Sadly, I just wasn't pleased with the colors, in part because the color is described as "dark red" and I just didn't study the images hard enough. I will be returning it because I just can't love it. I could describe the red as "rust" or "brick" red. The saffron is a bright gold. But the center medallion is a light peach or salmon color. Sorry, this does combination nothing for me and just doesn't fit my planned decor. Error is my fault, not the rug's.

The pattern is pretty. It’s lightweight and thin so it shifts easily and buckles. I have it over carpet and under furniture. For the price it meets expectation.

Love this rug! It's wonderfully pink but it's not overwhelming so. It's not the softest but it'll be great for anywhere with heavy traffic.

Upon receiving the rug, there was a heavy smell to it. Maybe from the dyes? I am not sure. When walking on it I could also feel it. So if that would be an issue for you. I would suggest to research the material of this rug before purchasing. Other than that, the way the rug is folded the corners do curl. However, it has flattened out, over time....better than I thought it would. As far as the design goes, that's the entire reason I bought this rug. It has pink, burnt orange, gold, cream and the outside of the rug is a purple grey (there are also other colors, I included a picture with this review to better show the colors in the daylight.) It's so beautiful!! I am satisfied with this rug, especially for the price. The size is amazing. I have two young children and I believe this is the perfect rug to conceal any stains that may occur. I am over all really happy with it!
