The thread is obviously unraveling in this brand new carpet we were asking for a refund or store credit but we have not heard back yet do you not buy this product and the quality is very low

Great colors! Perfect with our hardwood floors. Only reason not 5 stars is some of the wrinkles are stubborn since we ordered a 9 x 12.
