Love it. Bought one for the home office and dining room.

I purchased outdoor rug a few weeks ago for patio. Immediately after removing plastic wrap the rug had an offensive “skunk like” odor. We put on patio hoping sun would remove smell- after 3 days smell remained. We have washed it twice but still has residual odor. I contacted customer service but have not seen reply. Please advise. Thank you.
