I bought 2 of this style, 5x8 and 9x12. Carpet overall is worth the money. The pile density is a little lower than I would like, but again, for the money it is overall very nice. Color was just as advertised/pictured. Now for the bad, the larger carpet came folded. The smaller carpet came nicely rolled, and no issues. However the large carpet was filed like a map, tightly taped up to fit in a smaller package. The package outside label even said, to facilitate faster shipping your product has been "folded". Inside the package was a flyer with instructions for care & setup of your folded carpet. "you may notice lines and creases in you rug why you first layout. These are normal and not permanent". This must be a common practice at Wayfair. Whoever came up with these instructions should be fired. "Step 1, unfold your rug. Step 2, Fold your rug in the opposite direction as it is current fold." This is not only impossible to do, try folding a map in the opposite direction to remove the creases. It is probably not good for the rug, as it just places more stress and stretches the rug backing/glue even more. I just laid it out as soon as possible, don't leave it in the package any longer than necessary. After 5 days it has flattened considerably, however it it still has ripples where it was tightly folded. I am doubtful these will ever completely resolve. If it were not for this, i would have rated 4+ stars.

Beautifully soft. Well manufactured. Packaged great. Wrapped in all plastic so the entire rug was covered. Colors look amazing. Love it!

Just received and the carpet itself hasn’t quite flattened out. You can visibly see where it was rolled. Hopefully with time it flattens. Otherwise it’s nice.
