I absolutely LOVE this carpet. I gave it a 5 star review because of the carpet itself. However I give it a zero regarding shrinkwrapping the carpet with the backing facing the outside. If the carpet was actually rolled with the backing on the inside and the carpet itself facing out, the wrinkles would come out easier because they would be facing flat on the floor. The shrink wrapping itself would protect the carpet.

We are very disappointed with this rug. After it took more than 4 weeks for the "wrinkles" to flatten, we realized one was actually a flaw. It is not your usual excellent quality. The flaw runs about 20 inches down one side. Could you please replace it as soon as possible. Thank you.

I purchased this for my guest bedroom. I wanted a rug that would be nice to step out from the bed onto but would accent my bamboo floor. The color of and texture of this did both. A very nice rug.

I can't believe how inexpensive this was. I ordered it figuring I had nothing to lose... and then it arrived. IT'S BEAUTIFUL!!! Had a few folds from shipping but relaxed in just a few days. Really brightened up my living room. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it! And my dog does too!

These are not the same treads as in photo. Pattern is not the same and back of treads are different supplier not Astoria grand.
