I bought this rug to put under my Vivian Solid Wood platform bed (also from Wayfair) and I absolutely love it! Very soft. I hadn't vacuumed it yet so please note that in my photo, but the edges lay flat within an hour of weighing them down. The rug didn't shed at all, nothing loose either. The dark lines aren't pitch black but they are so dark it pretty much looks black in my room with warm lighting.
