Came w a large stain in the center unraveling in 5 different places. They had to of have sent me a used one because I have no other explanation for so many damages in a “new” rug (and no, this was not an open-box purchase). Giving it 2 stars because if it wasn’t so damaged it would be beautiful. Hopefully customer service will get this fixed soon.
