This large 13' X 15" area rug arrived in a folded state. I suppose this was due to having a rolled rug that would be 13' long. The creases resulting from the folds took about a month to "relax", and there are still a few fold lines that are visible...but you have to look for them. I suspect in another couple of months all the remnants of the fold lines will be gone. The rug itself is fine and is the size we were looking for. It's not easy finding a rug this large that fits your decor. The pattern looks lighter than we anticipated and we would have liked it to be a bit darker, but overall it works for our needs and is a fine addition to the room.

I was hesitant with Wayfair always but having received almost all my living room furniture I’m impressed! The pile is less heavy than I wanted but if still serves as a lovely accent to all of my stuff!

The rug came with no issues! It honestly exceeded my expectations and I’m so excited about it!

The texture/feel of the rug is very soft on your feet, however, the coloring is not consistent with the images on the website. The website depicts a light grey rug with a medium/dark grey and cream pattern. The rug we received is so pale it's almost white (I'd call it an icy silver color), and the pattern is completely washed out and undefined. Very bummed, because the image advertised of the full rug laying flat looks beautiful.

Absolutely love this rug. I needed something durable for high traffic and this is definitely that. The rug is nice and soft and should vacuum and clean well with 3 boys and 2 dogs. It’s the perfect blend of color with grays, tan, cream, white and hints of black. So happy with my purchase!
