The colour is not cream as advertised, more beige. Organised the return and they have still to collect it, that was over a month ago!

Dear Sir or Madam It's about the delivery of 29.11.24. Invoice number: .3634154588I received two small rugs that day. I was at home and received them personally. Unfortunately, the order states that I received three rugs on 29/11/24. I have not received them to date 10.12.24. However, the GLS consignment tracking shows that the consignment number: 67652760148 is still being processed. Parcel: 67652760148Status:The parcel data has been entered into the GLS IT system; the parcel has not yet been handed over to GLS. Can I assume that one of the rugs will be delivered later or has it been lost en route? it is: Anxhela rug in beige/cream colour from Brayden Studio SKU: D110173881 Thank you in advance Yours sincerely G.
