Customers praise the product's attractive appearance and good quality, noting its pleasing colours and stylish design. However, significant shedding is a recurring concern, impacting the overall durability and requiring frequent cleaning. Colour accuracy is also inconsistent, with some reporting discrepancies between the product received and what was ordered.
