The rug is gorgeous. The only caveat is it’s made of wool. Still keeping it.

Love this rug!! The colors and quality are great. However, knocking off a star because it is advertised as a cotton rug, but has a high quantity of wool in it. It definitely smelled like wool when the packaging came off and after a week still has a noticeable odor. I don't mind it that much but have a cat who is partial to eating fabrics with wool in them. If I had known I may not have ordered it, but I love it and it's too much trouble to send it back so I'm going to risk it. So far, so good!

This rug was exactly what I expected and needed for my space. I love the colors--especially all the colors woven in the red parts. The description explained that the pattern might vary a bit depending on the size, so for reference the photo attached is the 6' x 9' size. I recommend a rug pad for this since the flat weave style makes it a bit thinner. The rug pad I bought provides just enough cushion and non-slip traction.
