This rug was delivered to my house absolutely filthy. I supposed this is not a complaint about the quality of the rug itself, as it seemed like a well-made rug, but a complaint that Wayfajr would send such a disgustingly dirty rug to a customer. When I showed these pictures to customer service and asked for a replacement (and these pictures were taken after I ran a vacuum over it) they tried to get me to keep it as is and clean it myself with a “partial refund” of $20. The reality is, this rug is not coming clean. It is for my baby daughter’s nursery and I would never have something this dirty in my home, let alone in my baby’s room.
