Desrosiers Shinny Bordered Choco/Mocha Area Rug

Absolutely dreadful. I bought this rug because of the design and size, and thought that at this price it would be superb quality. However, as soon as it was unrolled it showed crinkles, almost as though it had been crumpled in transit. I thought that with time these might disappear, but they didn't. Eventually, I rolled the rug up again ready to return, and the defects were clear to see- deep creases in the underside of the rug. Tried to return it to wayfair but had absolutely no response. This rug is a total rip off - quality should be around £60, not £600! Don't go anywhere near wayfair - they don't even answer complaints.

Arrived promptly and well protected in good packaging. Delighted with quality of the rug. Feels like it will last years!

This rug is well made and the quality is very good. It feels super soft under your feet, I am so happy with this purchase this is another great product on wayfair.
