Gorgeous rug. Just really bad customer service. Ordered the rug which said was in stock after 3 weeks of no shipping email contacted wayfair who advised it’s out of stock (but was still showing as in stock online) they couldn’t give me a date when I would receive the item. Also in my 3 week wait for the item the rug went on sale £23 difference asked wayfair if they would offer the difference as I’m still yet to receive my rug. And why they are still advertising as in stock. And they would not grant the difference in price. Stunning rug but plenty of other company’s sell it - I’d buy from else where.
