Customers say

Customers praise the product's softness, appearance, and quality, describing it as plush, comfortable, and visually appealing. The colour is generally well-received, although some note variations from online images. While most find the delivery speed satisfactory, a few mention minor issues with shedding and the rug's tendency to crease.
