Customers praise the product's attractive appearance and stylish design, enhancing the look of various rooms. The quality is generally considered good, though some find it thinner than expected, often recommending a rug pad. However, the colour is a point of contention, with many noting a greyer tone than advertised, leading to mixed opinions.
