This is a lovely rug but not as high pile as this photograph shows, even after hoovering it

Gorgeous rug so soft just what I needed for my bedroom

Not as described. Very poor quality. Not the standard I am used to receiving from Wayfair. However complaint dealt with immediately.

I like the quality, but would have preferred it a shade lighter and it's been hard to get it to lay straight after it had been rolled up for packaging.
