PLEASE READ ALL THE WAY TO THE END BEFORE MAKING YOUR ORDER
How to order
As a rule of them and for guidance only
1 step will require 0.5m length of runner to cover it.
Over 6m long and your runner will come in 2 sections for ease of transport.
It will make NO difference to the fitting however, if you want it in one section please contact us before ordering. It takes a little longer and costs a little more.
Please note well
Pictures displayed are a guide only, as colours can vary dependent on your monitor/tablet/phone - we highly recommend you request a sample piece before you order to make sure you are happy - we send them, out free.
This is a stair runner. Therefore the ends are not whipped as they will need to be cut to be fitted. If you want a floor runner with whipped and taped ends then please get in touch.
Fitting
A straight wool fibre runner can be fitting yourself. Here is a great video that explains how to do that: https://youtu.be/YlXagjGdv8w
On a final note
On a final note, please be aware that a lot of time, cost and care goes into creating your runner. Regardless of where you purchased it from, if you have bought it on a whim with the intention of sending it back if it isn’t quite right, We urge you to reconsider, cancel your order and just request some samples so you can be sure of your purchase. We send them out free.
This is a bespoke, hand-made item and we are not liable to accept returns. Please make yourself aware of the legal guidance under UK law: https://www.gov.uk/accepting-returns-and-giving-refunds. However, we will accept returns and issue refunds on runners of 50cm to 60cm width and over 4m in length.
