EDIT: customer service, dreadful! Only contact via email which dragged on. Ultimately they couldn’t confirm if a new rug would be rolled or folded or if you prefer receive a refund of £11.39. Nearly 3 weeks later, rug is still showing creases. Due to the large size of the rug we’re debating best course of action. In this instance customer service resolution was a giant fail. Colour and materials fantastic. The creasing is awful. Instead of rolling it was folded so it has the most awful creases. Allegedly this will settle in a week but it’s been down 3 days and can’t see it happening.

Would have been lovely if the correct rug turned up! Shambles! Then one wanted out of stock!

Fits the veranda perfectly nice and lightweight good colours too

Looks great but as some people have commented it is very tightly rolled and takes ages for the creases to fall out. I laid it flat under another lovely Wayfair rug overnight then rolled it loosely in the other direction for a few days - now perfect

Very practical rug. Especially if you have ani.als easy to clean. Love wayfair use them alot
