Customers praise the product's design, softness, size and cleanability, describing it as soft, elegant and easy to maintain. While some found the quality to be acceptable, others noted it as thin and of cheap quality. A few reported initial issues with the rug's flatness and a strong smell, but these concerns were generally minor.

It almost like the fuzzy part of the rug is too big for the underneath part as we have laid the rug flat for over a week and it still won’t lay totally flat. Lots of ripples and bunches.

This rug is the perfect and exactly what I was looking for. The quality is great and it easily flattened once I opened it. With cheap rugs, this is always a struggle. Very happy.
