Returning. One of the main reasons we wanted this rug was because of the pile height. It's true to color, but only about half the stated pile height. It claimed the pile height was .46" when it's really closer to .25". Our dining room rug (the whiteish one) for reference is a .36" pile height. You can definitely tell how much thinner this rug is when standing on it. We even tried it with a rug pad and it still felt extremely thin. Giving two stars only because the pattern and colors are correct. If you don't mind how thin it is and you like the pattern, this might still be good for you. If you care about how soft it is, definitely get a different rug.
