Amazing quality I love it

Do not order from Wayfair! They sent me the WRONG rug and then told me I had to ship it back myself. After a long conversation, a rep said they could arrange fed ex to pick it up and my replacement rug was on the way. After a few days I checked in on my replacement rug and they couldn’t find any order for it. They said I would have to order a second rug. In addition to that, they said I would have to be home from 8am-9pm the day fedex comes to get the rug. This was after I was initially told that I would pack it up and leave it at my door. All their customer reps did was lie to me. Wayfair

The rug has a nice texture and true to color but it does not lay flat.
