Machine Woven Shaggy Multico Area Rug

They didn't even send me the right rug and did not even note that the order was backordered until I called customer service to see if I can get an exchange. They sent me the Satter Geomeotric Rug... Wayfair itself won't let me exchange but tells me I can get a refund and then buy the rug again but it's out of stock and not even on sale. How do you mess these two rugs up together as the same thing? How are you managing your warehouses especially during these high volume events?

Love love love! Perfect rug for a kid’s room! The thickness level is nice and soft with a shag but not obnoxious shag level. The colors are definitely muted but are beautiful! The pattern is unique. First rug I’ve ever bought that I didn’t need to put books or other heavy stuff to flatten it out.

Super soft rug & the perfect size for our nursery. The colors are a little more muted than the photo but not too much for there to be an issue.

Love this rug. Definitely duller than what the photos show as other reviewers have mentioned, but that didn’t bug me. I am having a hard time getting it to lay flat after a month. It gets wavey.

Beautiful soft fuzzy rug. Holds up against daily baby use as well as some spills that have come out pretty easily. Very lovely, nice slightly muted colors that match the photo and description.
