Efimenko Geometric Shag Area Rug

This rug looks nothing like the picture, but what I’m even more disappointed in is the customer service. The First Lady I spoke to was lovely but I received an email back from Wayfair stating they are refusing to cover return costs as it’s ‘normal’ for their rugs to have some loose threads and look rugged at first. I’ve never ever had to pay for a return to a company. You have definitely lost a customer.
