Awful service - half of order missing- still no response - awful will never shop with wayfair again

Received the wrong colour! Trying to speak to a vitual assistant and getting nowhere! Would just like to speak to a human to arrange collection of the item. Very dissapointed and frustrated!

I loved this rug when it first came. It was beautiful. Unfortunately, it fills the vacuum canister every time I vacuum it, and I believe that is what has caused it to fade significantly. See my photo attached. The section that was under our couch still has beautiful color and pattern, but the rest has become dull and faded.

The rug has a flaw. It appears a row of yarn is missing. I will place the rug where the flaw is less obvious. I’ve added 2 photos. Enlarge photo so you can see the flaw.

This is a great rug! The colors are just as it appears online, and the texture is woven, but soft. Shipping was prompt, and the item was well packaged. It unrolled and was flat on the floor in just a few hours. Seems to be very durable so far.
