Oriental Wool Hand Tufted Area Rug

Beautifully made. Warm. Looks great

I bought two rugs and was really displeased that the 9x12 arrived FOLDED (!) and tightly sealed in heavy plastic, and I assume it had been stored that way in a warehouse for who knows how long. Wayfair includes lame instructions to unpack, roll, and leave it that way for 24 hours. Of course that did nothing and the fold marks are still very obvious. Who folds a thick wool rug and binds it in plastic??! AND I have bought numerous Safavieh rugs over the years but never had one arrive in this condition. I bought the olive green version. Providing it one day flattens out, I hope to be satisfied with it.

This rug is very thick, plush, and beautiful vibrant colors. Perfect for the room and love it. Very high quality and highly recommended.

Just as beautiful as expected, the green color is darker than in the picture. The quality is amazing—thick and soft. Definitely worth it.

This carpet is beautiful and the colors are perfect in our living room. The reason for 4 stars is the carpet sheds ridiculously! It’s wool and I vacuum daily or every other day because pieces of the carpet show up on my wood floor. It fills the vacuum very quickly and not sure how many years I will get out of it because of the shedding. Still love it though - other than the shedding, it’s beautiful and great quality. Will not buy another wool rug though.
