Ayush Oriental Cotton Area Rug

I really like this rug. It’s pretty pink, which is what I wanted. I had another rug in this space that was much more neutral and muted, so this really changes the look of the room and brightens it up. My other rug was also a bit thicker and squishier- I knew this one would be much flatter and I’m ok with it. I like the feel of it. Shipping was timely, got it within a week and it arrived with no problems. There was a slight smell, like a chemical type smell- totally expected since it was all rolled up. It faded over 3 days or so. I kept a ceiling fan on at night to help it dissipate faster. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because it’s a tiny bit slick. Not that I’ll be slipping on it or anything. It’s probably because of the synthetic nature of the fiber (think of nylon or polyester) and I’m used to more wool rugs that have a different feel. Overall though, I am satisfied and pleased with this rug.
