Rug is really pretty but there is no backing on it, so the rug bunches so easily

We have had this rug less than 4 months and it is in a very low traffic room. Where the ends must have been woven in, they have popped up and are sticking up all over the rug (I’ve included just 3 of them for example). For such an expensive rug, I would think the ends would be woven in better.

On wood floors it moves around quite a bit so you definitely need a rug pad, it’s a bit more shaggy than I expected but overall fits our space nicely.

We love this rug for our nursery! Great natural feel. Will definitely need to get a nonskid rug pad for underneath as it does slide around a bit on our hardwood floors. Was able to get it on sale so I feel the price was worth it. We also bought the protection plan given the space we’re using it in.

Colors look completely different in person. Also very rough texture.
