Aleria Grey Rug

Mmmm this rug is not settling into a nice flat circle rug even after over a week. More concerning is the indent that was present when first delivered, almost like its been rolled up wrongly. I was offered a measly partial refund that was increased which I'm still not happy with. I explained to Customer Service that I cannot send it back as large items cannot just be returned to the post office etc etc so on this occasion I am not happy with Wayfair who are normally wonderful.

Lovely rug, exactly as pictured. Good quality. Value for money.

We are absolutely over the moon with this rug! It is beautiful and really finishes off my daughters rainbow and cloud themed bedroom. It’s my favourite room in the house and this rug really sets it off and makes it so cosy. It leaves hoover marks which shows thats it’s really good quality. If you’re thinking of ordering this, DO IT! It takes about a day or two to settle after taking it out of the plastic and rolling it out, but after that it’s perfect.

Arrived promptly, edges slightly curled from transportation but nothing that can't be rectified with straighten. Looks great, good quality, overall very happy with this purchase
