Very good value for the money, makes my room look nice and cosy

This was supposed to be delivered on November 14 along with several over rugs. Specifically selected because they were one day delivery. They were needed urgently as I have a sick dog who kept falling over. When they didn’t arrive, I called Wayfair on three separate occasions to cancel and ordered elsewhere. I was assured they had been cancelled and the refund would take 10 days. They turned up on November 21, no refund so I now have the hassle of returning something I dont need or want. Appalling customer service by Wayfair. Will not use this site again.
