I actually bought a 12' and two 3' ones, to use in my U-shaped upstairs hallway instead of a runner. Since we have allergies, I needed something that could be moved to clean the floor and was easily cleaned. These rug are perfect! The texture is like sisal without being harsh on bare feet. It's a pretty design in beige and blue. You do need a pad underneath to avoid slipping on the floors. Highly recommend
