Customers praise the rug's attractive appearance and excellent value, noting its soft texture and stylish design that enhances any room. However, some found it thinner than expected, requiring a rug pad for added comfort, and experienced difficulties flattening wrinkles. The colour was generally well-received, though some noted variations from online images.

Got the rug for my bedroom and it’s large enough to cover majority of the bed. The rug is cozy and gives an elevated look.
