• New rugs may have a chemical odor due to their packaging in plastic film. To eliminate this quickly, ventilate the room where the rug is located. The color of the rug may differ depending on the screen resolution and lighting conditions. The rug arrives rolled up, there may be folds. To make it flat, place the rug where you want it to be and the wrinkles will loosen up by themselves.
