I ordered 2 rugs. They were despatched separately. The small one arrived first rolled in polythene but once down it only took about 30 mins until it was lying flat. The colours and pattern were as in web site pics. I'm pleased with them. Tracking differed with GLS delivering on the estimated date but communication having stopped half way through. DHL on the other hand kept me informed throughout and delivered early.
