I’m very happy with the rug itself — it looks great and the quality is excellent. However, I was extremely disappointed to find out that the very next day after I bought it, the price went on sale. When I called Wayfair to ask if they could refund the difference, they told me they couldn’t do that. Instead, they suggested I order another rug at the sale price and then return the one I already had — which is such an unnecessary hassle. I’m frustrated that Wayfair doesn’t honor a simple price adjustment. I love the rug, but this experience left me very dissatisfied with their customer service and policies.
