Obviously a pre-owned rug. I shouldn’t have to spot and steam clean a brand new rug the same day it arrives. It was well wrapped and folded so the design was on the interior so these are not stains that developed during shipping. I’ve uploaded just a few photos of the stains but they are throughout. Very disappointing.
