It looked great when it arrived. But I hoovered it on the first day and noticed the cylinder was completely full of fibres. So then used a lower setting and every time the cylinder is FULL of material. The individual fibres are coming out by hand too it’s literally all falling apart and I’ve only had it 1 month. I think the reviews seem to be people that haven’t had the rug for long. But it’s just the worst quality especially for the price. I have to replace it and would NOT recommend this item.
