I brought a set of 3 rugs. The delivery was split over 2 days due to issues. When I opened smaller 120x180cm rug I thought I had been sent the wrong one. The quality was poor, some of the design was missing & a lot of the white detailing was absent. My heart sank. I opened the large rugs which were perfect. The smaller rug look like a poor copy of the larger ones. There is a distinct lack of quality cross the range of sizes. As they were purchased as a set I had to arrange to return all three. This did not go well but thankfully customer services were able to sort out my refunds.
