The rug arrived and is completely discoloured compared to online. I’m so disappointed. Even more so that I’ve had to pay £10 to return it!

The rug is nice but the colours are not as vibrant as it shows on the website. The pattern is not as clear and its of more of a faded, muted look. The rug is thin but it works for where I intend to place it.
