Really disappointed to find tufts sticking out of this oriental 240x340 rug. Wayfair promised to get advice from supplier within 1 day. 3 days, later, nothing. Cant get replacement as now out of stock so they offer 1/3 refund. I still have a faulty product. Last time I order from Wayfair as the sideboard I ordered in March arrived damaged. On my experience, they are a shopwindow for poor products.

What a bargain! This was an open box purchase so it was discounted. It arrived and the was nothing wrong with it. Excellent quality, soft and colours are vibrant. Love it!
