Damaged upon delivery and not same level as detailed rug design as in photo. Seems a fake rug and that I have been sent a damaged return that’s not clean

I bought this rug sone time ago and, at the time, it looked really nice. However it has lost it's straight edge which is now curved and misshapen also the corners are fraying. I've relegated it to a different room and replaced it with another rug, better quality and with a thicker pile, and for only about £5 more
