Impressed with the packaging and state the rug arrived in. Beautiful color, adds warmth and absorbs sound in a chilly nook. Lovely fluffy tassels.

Looks great and guests always comment on it. Only annoyance is the tassels at the ends of the rug cause problems for me robovac though it's not the rug's fault.
