I have no idea what has been going on with this rug. I have been vacuuming buckets and more buckets of red fiber off this rug from day one! It continues to shed and ball up. Early on it clogged my vacuum cleaner about 5 times there was so much fiber coming off of it. It is crazy! I am afraid you sent me a questionable product!! It seems that something was eating it in your warehouse.

These rugs are great. The color, the weight and the density!! I was true surprised at the thickness. I absolutely love them. Shipping was quick I definitely recommend Wayfair to others!!

Disappointed because I'm still waiting after 5 weeks for this rug to lose it's crease and stop shedding. Any suggestions as to how to relax this rug as I'm past my return date.
