Very good value product. Quality rug at a very good price. Colours lovely and true to picture on line

Delivery experience wasn’t very nice. Delivery was delayed by more than 10 days. I had to call customer services couple of times to chase down the package. Ultimately they worked with DHL and rug was delivered on 13th day. Hence, one star less. But, very happy with the rug. It is made of wool. Looks beautiful and add some colour to my living room. It is expected from a woollen rug to shed a little in first few days but after that it will be okay. It’s not thin at all. It has that heaviness that is required to keep rug steady at one place.

Good quality with a nice weight to it. Not as vibrant in real life as the website photo.
