Customers say

Customers praise the product's appearance, describing it as beautiful, luxurious, and great value for money. Many appreciate its soft texture and colour, although some experienced issues with durability, reporting fraying and threads coming loose, particularly with pet owners. The colour was generally well-received, but some found it varied slightly from online images.

For a rug that costs over £300. I’ve had it down for two days.

Lovely runner, but unfortunately the rug retained the creases after unpacking and laying flat for almost a week, we tried everything to smooth them down but nothing worked.
