Very disappointed with the rug. Colour not as vibrant as pics online and certainly not as lush. The tufts are placed quite apart from each other. Too much trouble to return at my own cost therefore I’m keeping it but am looking for my next one right away.

I love this rug!! The quality is very good and I love the colour!! Service couldn't be better and the price was great ! The dog is very happy too.

Would like to return as it is not the same as advertised too small and not as fluffy as displayed the colour and design is totally different from what is on the picture

I bought this on sale and at first I was a bit disappointed as it is not that shaggy and thick as I expected but it looks nice though, just don't look at it closer nor mind the spaces as shown in my picture.

This rug isn't as thick or as lush as in the photo. As you can see from second photo the tufts are quite far apart and has bare areas. It's a shame cos it's nice pattern and goes well with my decor but just not worth the money sadly.
