Blossom Rectangle Oriental Area Rug

Recently moved houses so ordered this lovely rug to match our living room. Unfortunately it had some sort of a defect on it, not sure what it is but the carpet had a part where it was hard and rough and our toddler scratched her knees on it when trying to sit down. I have attached an image of the defect and would like a refund, as we had to buy another rug as we needed one urgently. Please let us no how we can proceed with a refund Thank you

Really pleased with our rug. Photo doesn’t do it justice. Can’t wait to finish decorating to put it down. Thanks

After pour over the hundreds of choices of rugs to get the absolute correct color of blue to match my other furnishings, I finally ordered. I was and still am VERY happy with what arrived. The pattern and details are perfect & will fit in with my new home when I move to begin a new chapter of my life. I was notified several times of their upcoming arrival time and they were delivered when they said. The men who brought them were swift, efficient, and courteous. I'm impressed because I live in a little town, far away from any major cities.

Very nice area rug
