Collum Rectangle Area Rug

Despite receiving the wrong size, the process from browsing to receiving the order and even correcting the error is superb. Unlike all other online, and high street shops everything you need is to hand easy to find. Indications of how long a deal is on for so if money is tight you can see if you have the time to wait until you get paid, how much stock is left, free delivery almost across the board, insanely fast delivery (my items came early!) control over the delivery and when there is an issue an easy to find number because short of face to face phone contact is much better to resolve an issue because you can deal with a real person. Again unlike other company’s the number is not impossible to find and you get through almost immediately even at the week end and then chat with very helpful and thoughrough staff who insure a problem is completely addressed before ringing off. Very impressed and make dealing with any errors, like the wrong size rug, simple to resolve, thank you!
