Delivery was super speedy and hassle-free. The rug isn’t quite as thick and fluffy as we hoped and the pattern is much more pronounced than the photo on the website appears. However, it is one of the few rugs we could find that fits a very specific size and shape room so it does the job!

Lovely rug but pile is a little more textured than others I have purchased. This aside very practical.

We did not recieve what we ordered, the rug was a TOTALLY different design and was not the size that we wanted. Wayfair has some really great pieces, but sometimes its products like this that just let it down. I was really excited to add this rug to my hallway but I really wasn't happy with it at all, so the hunt continues for a new rug, I guess.

Cheap and cheerful. Not very soft.

Love this rug! Comes in a slight cream colour which. Nice and soft too.
